OOTD: DC, Definitely not Cold.
During the holiday weekend (right before the new years) I took a trip down to Washington DC. It was to commemorate my five-year anniversary with my boyfriend. We wanted to travel and have an adventure. What a better way to go somewhere we've never been together! We spent the entire day exploring just two Smithsonians. I honestly did not think it would've taken so long but it took the whole day. This is what I wore on that abnormally warm day.

OOTD: Layering 101
I haven't posted an outfit on here in a while or anything really. Life has taken an unexpected turn for me. A lot of things have happen that made me change my perspective on things that I didn't even think about so I haven't been able to take the time and create content. Enough about me, here is an outfit I wore this weekend, on Halloween. Needless to say, I didn't do anything for Halloween. I just went around and ran some errands.

OOTD: Finally Floral
The weather finally decided that it wanted to be spring so I can officially put away my winter clothing. Just in time to celebrate, my city had a Spring Festival ~ It was crazy crowded but I got a lot of free swag. Heh heh! Its always fun getting free stuff, it's that #collegestruggle life. Haha. Moving on, this is what I wore.

I think I'm going to call these post, "same oufit, different styles" or SODS for short. I hope you guys like these kind of posts! Below the read more will be another outfit and more photos so be sure to check it out!

OOTD: Autumn is Coming
It just turned August and suddenly everything is about back to school and the Autumn holidays. I'm also in that weird transition where I want to wear all my Fall fashion items but the weather (usually) does not permit. Here is an ensemble that shows my indecisiveness:

OOTD: Goose & Geese
I haven't done an OOTD post in a long time because I don't carry my camera around too often since it is so heavy. I had it on my little sister's graduation so I was able to take some OOTD photos! Here is my outfit for her graduation.

OOTD: Channeling Daisy Duke
One of my close friends invited me to her Birthday Karaoke. I'm not much of a singer but it was a much needed break from all the stress I've been getting. The semester is coming to a close so I thought it would be fun. It was below 30 degrees Fahrenheit that day but I was going to be indoors so I decided on a more spring/fall type of outfit. And I'm pretty sure the temperature will rise with 12+ people in the same room, singing and dancing. I had a blast at the party because I meet a few new people and had fun with people I already knew. I also discovered that I can "dance." Not well but enough to made fun of the next day. No problem though.

OOTD: Summon the Last Days
I saw this shirt and I thought I had to buy it. Lucky for me it was ON SALE ! I've been getting back in the dark and punky outfits. I never really got to explore it in high school because my school was pretty judgmental and I didn't have enough confidence to sport it. Since I started college I developed a "idgaf" attitude so WHO CARES. Wear what you want!

OOTD: First Fridays
Like I mentioned in my last post here is my outfit for last Friday. The weather is (finally) starting to cool down. And I just had to break out my beanie because I have a slight obsession for head gear. I am also excited for my hair to grow longer because I miss my longer hair.

OOTD: NYC
Like I mentioned in my last post I went to NYC with a group of my friends last Sunday. I thought I should share what I wore that day. I went for a boyish look because I wanted to rock my NYC hat I recently purchased. And I knew we would be walking around a lot so I thought shorts would be an easy maintenance.
Outfit Breakdown!
Hat: H&M | Top: Joyce Leslie | Shorts: Macy's
Shoes: Docs | Bag: UrbanOutfitters

OOTD: Miffy's Outfit
Yesterday I went to Brooklyn to celebrate our relative's baby's 1-month! In my culture its pretty important. I'm not entirely sure why but usually the parents hold a big dinner to celebrate it. I decided to wear something slightly polished but casual enough because I had to go shopping the morning of and the dinner didn't start till 5pm. It was hot but it was also windy so I had to put on some tights because I need to go buy some undershorts ~ Also my face was awks in this photo so here is a bunny face too. It also matches my shirt !

Here is the breakdown:
shirt - F21 | skirt - H&M | tights - H&M
boots - Docs | bag - H&M

OOTD: Fancy Schmancy Art Reception
I was invited to a fancy art reception by my boyfriend who was attending. The thought of my camera, somehow, escaped my mind so I took the photos with my camera phone. Sad, but you gotta make do with what you got.
What is a reception without some lovely snacks? They served various dips with pita break and "cheese curls" which were fattening but oh so good. Their jambalaya was UH-MAY-ZING!
And to end the post with the lovely view from the 11th (or was it the 9th) floor of Philadelphia.
The event called for "Business Casual." But there were a lot people who barely dressed up. Anyways, here is my outfit of the day breakdown:
- Sheer Black High Low Blouse - Ross
- Coral Pants - F21
- Belt - F21
- Bag - H&M (but F21came out with the same exact one that's cheaper.)
- Boat Shoes - Bass

OOTD: Seniority
I got my senior portrait taken a few days ago but I was too lazy to upload them. This was what I wore and the funny thing was; I didn't take a photo in them. My photographer was starving so she just wanted to get over with it. She quickly took the required photos and then went to lunch. I ended up looking pretty bad and I blink in one of them!
Outfit breakdown:
- Button-Up Shirt -- H&M
- Dark Denim Jeggings -- Pacsun
- Braided-Belt -- F21
