OOTD: DC, Definitely not Cold.

During the holiday weekend (right before the new years) I took a trip down to Washington DC. It was to commemorate my five-year anniversary with my boyfriend. We wanted to travel and have an adventure. What a better way to go somewhere we've never been together! We spent the entire day exploring just two Smithsonians. I honestly did not think it would've taken so long but it took the whole day. This is what I wore on that abnormally warm day.

OOTD: Layering 101

I haven't posted an outfit on here in a while or anything really. Life has taken an unexpected turn for me. A lot of things have happen that made me change my perspective on things that I didn't even think about so I haven't been able to take the time and create content. Enough about me, here is an outfit I wore this weekend, on Halloween. Needless to say, I didn't do anything for Halloween. I just went around and ran some errands.

OOTD: Finally Floral

The weather finally decided that it wanted to be spring so I can officially put away my winter clothing. Just in time to celebrate, my city had a Spring Festival ~ It was crazy crowded but I got a lot of free swag. Heh heh! Its always fun getting free stuff, it's that #collegestruggle life. Haha. Moving on, this is what I wore. 

One Day Adventures

I decided to take a trip with my boyfriend up to Mitsuwa and then go to New York because it's only 30 minutes apart. I haven't gone to Mitsuwa since last year and now that I'm twenty-one, I wanted to buy some sake. I remembered wanting to buy some the last time I went because they were so pretty! I'm a total sucker for pretty packaging. I'll start off the post with my outfit of the day. I went for comfy because New York is all about walking. Honestly, I should have worn another layer because it was unexpectedly cold that day.

Same Outfit, Different Styles: Muscle Tee Dress

It's already week 3 but I still feel like the semester just started. It has been pretty hectic trying to get back into the routine of waking up early and doing school work. Here are some styling tips for busy bees like me who are also lazy but want to look presentable. Essentially I will be showing you two similar outfits with a different charm. OOTD: Autumn is Coming

It just turned August and suddenly everything is about back to school and the Autumn holidays. I'm also in that weird transition where I want to wear all my Fall fashion items but the weather (usually) does not permit. Here is an ensemble that shows my indecisiveness:

OOTD: Goose & Geese

I haven't done an OOTD post in a long time because I don't carry my camera around too often since it is so heavy. I had it on my little sister's graduation so I was able to take some OOTD photos! Here is my outfit for her graduation.

I did a bit of online shopping so I can get a new swimsuit for the beach since my previous one created a mishap. It was a standard triangle bikini top so you maybe can imagine what happened. :P I also purchased a few more things since Forever21 has a B1G1 free sale.

I got a few things this past week and I would like to share. I'm actually pretty excited to share what I got. I got a pair of new shoes. Heels, actually. Jeffrey Campbell heels, to be specific.

I've been in such a shopping mood as the weather got warmer. I'm one of those people who buy a few things on each trip because I put a lot of thought in my purchases. I need to be certain that I will actually wear or use whatever I'm buying (because I tend to buy useless junk that I won't use. I'm trying to kick that habit!) Also because I thrift, I think whether or not I could thrift something similar. Bottom line is that I'm pretty picky when I buy things.

DIY: Front Knot Cropped Muscle Tee & Simple Crop Top !

I went thrifting today and bought some graphic tees because I realized I didn't have any more. I use to have a bunch but now most of them are either too small or I gave them away ages ago. Spring is coming soon so I thought I should crop them. Let's get started!

I finished my last final on Friday so my second fall semester of college has come to an end. To celebrate, here is a Black Friday haul. I was a bit disappointed in this year's Black Friday deals. There just wasnt anything that really screamed "deal!"

OOTD: Channeling Daisy Duke

One of my close friends invited me to her Birthday Karaoke. I'm not much of a singer but it was a much needed break from all the stress I've been getting. The semester is coming to a close so I thought it would be fun. It was below 30 degrees Fahrenheit that day but I was going to be indoors so I decided on a more spring/fall type of outfit. And I'm pretty sure the temperature will rise with 12+ people in the same room, singing and dancing. I had a blast at the party because I meet a few new people and had fun with people I already knew. I also discovered that I can "dance." Not well but enough to made fun of the next day. No problem though.

OOTD: Summon the Last Days

I saw this shirt and I thought I had to buy it. Lucky for me it was ON SALE ! I've been getting back in the dark and punky outfits. I never really got to explore it in high school because my school was pretty judgmental and I didn't have enough confidence to sport it. Since I started college I developed a "idgaf" attitude so WHO CARES. Wear what you want!
